Group Classes

At KSA Fitness we have plenty of class options to fit your schedule. Strength and Conditioning, Barbell Basics, Bodyweight Challenge, 30 Minute Mobility and Yoga Flow are on the schedule each week! Please see my class schedule for options. Classes are held at my studio located at 406 Pacific Avenue in the Junction (Dundas + Pacific Intersection).
