Circuit training based class uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and all the other gym toys to get a sweaty full body workout! We’ll warm up together, break off into stations and come back together for a workout finisher and stretch. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels with exercise modifications along the way to meet you where you’re at!
Bodyweight Challenge
Morning Class:
Saturdays + Sundays | 10:00am
The Bodyweight Challenge is a combination of bodyweight conditioning, core strengthening and mobility. Although the focus is on bodyweight based exercises, we will incorporate bands, stability balls, and balance trainers. This hour long class is perfect for all fitness levels – a great start for beginners who are new to strength training, but with plenty of challenges for intermediate and advanced folks!
30 Minute Mobility
Morning Class:
Fridays | 10:30am (hybrid)
This class is free for everyone!
Join me for 30 minutes of focused mobility and core work. Our mobility work will focus primarily on hips and shoulders but your hamstrings, calves, glutes, wrists, ankles and back will all benefit from this body work. We'll open up some lovely space in your joints and you'll be SO glad you made this time for yourself. Join in-person or online — the Zoom link will be sent with your confirmation email when you sign up online.
Vinyasa Flow

This dynamic Vinyasa Flow is designed around a specific theme, movement pattern, or area of focus. Through intentional sequencing, we'll build strength, mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness as we flow towards a peak pose.
Barbell Basics

Wednesday + Thursday | 5:30pm
This class is for those who want to learn to lift heavy! We’ll focus on developing technique and strength in the three main barbell lifts — back squat, deadlift and bench press. Each class will start with a mobility warm-up before we move into pairs to complete one of the main lifts. You’ll then be provided with accessory exercises to support that day’s lift. You will be provided with a notebook to keep track of your progress each class.
KSA Bike Club
The KSA Bike Club will be back this summer!
Let’s get out onto two wheels and enjoy Toronto’s best bike paths! Everyone on every bicycle is welcome!
What can you expect? Intro to group riding skills, bike-trail routes mostly off the roads, a coffee stop to fuel up and make new friends!

Full Body Yoga Flow

This yoga class focuses on creating strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled flowing movement. Students will move through heart openers, spinal mobility work, leg flexibility, balance, and grounding postures designed to relieve tension while improving alignment and overall movement quality. The class creates both a calming and energizing effect while helping students build flexibility and confidence in their practice.
Cheeky Pilates
Afternoon Class:

A full-body contemporary mat Pilates flow with extra TLC for the lower body and glutes. Strength, grace, and stability are the priorities in this class. We’ll focus on foundational shapes, high-repetition movements, and isometric holds.
Dance Fitness

This class blends dance-inspired movement, fitness training, flexibility, strength, and musicality into one uplifting and energizing experience. We’ll begin with mobility and stretching exercises before moving into engaging sequences that improve coordination, stamina, toning, and overall body awareness. Elements of choreography and expressive movement may be incorporated, while still leaving room for creativity and freedom of movement. The atmosphere is designed to feel welcoming, empowering, and fun — offering more than a traditional fitness class while remaining accessible to all levels.
Rise + Shine Yoga

An energizing morning yoga sequence designed to awaken the body through heart openers, spinal mobility, gentle backbends, and full-body stretching. This class focuses on improving posture, flexibility, circulation, and overall vitality while helping students feel refreshed, uplifted, and mentally clear for the day ahead. The flow is mindful yet energizing — creating openness in both the body and mind.
Balance Mobility + Stability

To have a body that feels stable, supported and strong, we need joints that move well! If we have stuck or tight areas,aches or pains, we need to start viewing the body as a whole and look at our bio-mechanics. Discover a systematic approach working with how the body is actually designed to move thus reducing tension in areas that have been previously over used and compressed. We need to be able produce force from the ground and also absorb force from above. Build healthy joint movement which will help reduce connective tissue tension,help you move better with less aches and pains , and open up new found space and potential for your body to thrive.
Mat Pilates

A full-body strengthening class using controlled Pilates-based movements to improve posture, core stability, mobility, flexibility, and overall body awareness. This class combines mindful movement with powerful exercises suitable for all levels, helping students build strength and endurance while maintaining proper alignment and control throughout the body.
Restore + Align Yoga
Afternoon Class:
Thursday | 12:30pm
This slower-paced yoga class offers a more restorative and grounding experience focused on nervous system balance, deep stretching, posture, and mindful movement. Through seated poses, supported stretches, breathwork, gentle balances, and longer holds, students will release tension and improve flexibility in a calm and supportive environment. This class complements the earlier yoga flow beautifully while offering a distinct experience centered on restoration and alignment.

Pilates Essentials

Build your body from the ground up using the system Joseph Pilates developed for a strong yet mobile body. Pilates teaches you how to access your "powerhouse" which includes a strong core, hips, and co-ordinating fluid movement from your centre. Build good habits and a strong foundation which will serve you in your daily life and athletic activities!
Strong + Spicy

Fire up your full body in this contemporary mat Pilates class, with extra attention to the stabilizer muscles and deep core. This class is a fabulous complement to your regular lifting routine—or a strong standalone workout. Variations to adjust intensity will be provided.
Slow + Spicy Yoga

A practice of strength and alignment. Take the time to find engagement, smooth transitions and the rhythm of your breath as you move without the aid of momentum. A balance of challenge and presence.
Youth Fitness

This 45 minute class is designed to introduce kids of all genders to strength training fundamentals. We’ll squat, hinge, push, and pull using dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls to gain confidence and strength in the gym. Each class will begin with a group warm-up, a group strength circuit to learn new skills, followed by circuit stations with class favourites such as heavy ropes, sled pulls, box jumps, chin ups and more.

Teen Barbell Basics

The Teen Barbell Basics class will introduce participants to a variety of barbell based exercises including bench press, deadlift, back squat, front squat, and overhead press. The focus of this class will be on form and learning how to progress each movement.

Teens will be introduced to the fundamentals of strength training to gain confidence, strength, speed, power and endurance through a variety of movement patterns. This class is appropriate for teens of all fitness levels!
