Motivation comes from within — and we’re here to help you activate it.
At KSA Fitness, “Do It For You” is more than just a tagline.
Its a rebellious approach to fitness in an industry that too often demands conformity to a narrow beauty ideal. We also know that there are countless reasons why you may be deciding to start a fitness journey — whatever your reasons, they are yours. And the work that you are about to put in, is done by you, for you.
Not for your partner, your kids, your friends and definitely not because society tells you to look a certain way. Do it because it makes you feel good. Because you love to move and there is joy to be found in movement. Do it because it makes you feel powerful, strong and in control. From strength to conditioning, mobility and core stability — our intention is to help you find the ways that you love to move and to keep you moving well. We want to help you find the joy that is in movement. Some movements and workouts will challenge you and some days will feel harder than others. That’s where your trainers come in. We’re here to support you through those days and meet you where you’re at from workout to the next.
We believe that there is movement for everyone and every(body). KSA Fitness is about celebrating what your amazing body can do. It’s about self-love.
It’s about doing it for you.
My fitness journey
My brand of fitness is about ‘doing’ fitness for yourself. Not for your partner, your kids, your friends and definitely not because society tells you to look a certain way. Do it because it makes you feel good.
Because you love to move and there is joy to be found in movement. Do it because it makes you feel powerful, strong and in control. For me, that usually means a strength and conditioning workout that uses dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises. Some days that means stepping up to the barbell and lifting heavy. And other days I want to slow things down and just focus on mobility and core stability. I love to move!
My goal, my intention is to help you find the ways that you love to move and to keep you moving well. I want to help you find the joy that is in movement. I work with people of all fitness levels and body types. People who have always exercised for years and folks have experienced years of chronic pain. I work with kids as young as 8, pre and postnatal women, seniors, people who exercise as part of their mental health plan and people who are recovering from acute injuries. In all of these populations of people I strive to help them find the joy in movement -- to show them that their bodies not only love to move, but crave movement. There is movement for everyone and every(body).
KSA Fitness is about celebrating what your amazing body can do. It’s about self-love.
