Monique
As a coach for the last 8 years, I have specialized in Strength & Conditioning, athletic development and mobility. I strive to teach and share my knowledge and love for sport and movement to inspire the community to move better and live better. Along with my experience in training, individuals and various groups over the years, Youth athlete development and introducing our youth to fitness and movement as a whole has become a strong passion of mine. I look forward to expanding on that and bringing the Coach Mo energy to the KSA community!
Val
Val is a Queer, non-binary Kinesiologist, coach and facilitator who practices with an inclusive, trauma-informed approach to all things movement and bodies.They have a Master of Professional Kinesiology degree with a specialization in health and wellness, focusing on LGBTQ+ inclusion, community building and equitable movement practices. As a group strength coach they excel at creating spaces where folks can connect and find community, as well as build strength at all levels, for all bodies. Clinically, they have vast experience working with folks through pre/post surgical care, top surgery, chronic pain management and injury.
Kira
Kira is committed to helping clients feel more confident in their bodies, whether that’s through strength and mobility training, by overcoming injury, or simply finding more pleasure in movement. For the last twenty years, she has explored a wide variety of modalities, everything from muay thai and capoeira to Pilates and animal flow, constantly searching for ways to help her clients reach their potential, both in and out of the gym
Luke
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) with 5+ years of experience, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with a wide range of clients. From high-level athletes at the professional, collegiate, and youth levels to individuals just starting their fitness journey. Coming from an athletic background, I am deeply passionate about helping people build a positive relationship with their fitness, while supporting them in achieving sustainable progress. I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of this amazing community that not only champions inclusivity, but also empowers people to crush their fitness goals and thrive in the process!
Emanuele
Emanuele brings over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. His training philosophy focuses on functional movement patterns, corrective exercise, body awareness and core rehabilitation. Emanuele takes a gentle yet focused approach, guiding clients to build stability, strength, and restore balance in their movements. He creates encouraging space by designing sessions that are supportive, challenging, and deeply personalized to each individual’s needs.
Frances
A personal trainer, stretch therapist, human design expert, professional flamenco dancer, business owner, and friend—Frances is always in your corner. She not only pushes and supports you but also educates and empowers you to surpass your fitness and lifestyle goals. Her wholehearted passion for movement and life itself fuels her fearless approach to every moment. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in functional strength and conditioning, fascial stretch therapy, Olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, mobility practices, and pre-and postnatal health.
Daniela
Daniela has spent over 20 years helping people build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies. She believes that movement is medicine, and that it not only makes us physically strong but also strengthens how we move through life. Her coaching meets you exactly where you are, focusing on functional movement, proper form, and programs that feel challenging and fun. Alongside fitness coaching, Daniela is also a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, which means she understands how stress, sleep, mindset, and daily habits all influence your results. She brings that knowledge into every session, helping clients feel strong not just physically, but in their overall well-being.
